Heartfelt Prayers (Hardcover)Carolyn Larsen
“60 prayers to help you let go and to let God.”
Sometimes we desperately need to talk to God, but we get so overwhelmed by what’s going on in our hearts that words seem to evade us. In Heartfelt Prayers, Carolyn Larsen puts into words what you might be feeling, helping you to let go of whatever is troubling you.
This full-color book consists of 60 prayers uniquely set in verse to help you pray for those moments when you know it’s time to let go but you don’t know how, when your heart is broken and needs healing, when you feel like giving up and need God’s strength, or when you forget your worth and need to be reminded that you are God’s masterpiece.
Each prayer is accompanied by a short devotional thought and inspirational Scripture verse. Beautiful artwork by Amylee Weeks as well as a topical index makes Heartfelt Prayers an indispensable prayer partner for any woman who longs to be closer to God.

Casting all your care upon him,
for he cares for you.
1 Peter 5:7
You know this in your heart – you can give God what-
ever is weighing on you ... consuming your every waking
thought (and even thoughts when you should be sleep-
ing). So, you eagerly grab on to this sweet promise that
since God cares you can lay all your worries at his feet.
But maybe there are times, in the wee hours of the
night, when you wonder why God doesn’t just “fix” the
things you’ve left with him. You wonder where he is
and if your prayers are making any difference. Do you
struggle to keep yourself from grabbing that problem
back so you can take care of it yourself?
If it sometimes feels as though your prayers go nowhere
one reason may be found in verse 6 – right before this
famous verse you so eagerly claim.
