About the Author
Karien Basson is a certified Transformation Coach, NLP Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and Negative Emotional Therapy Practitioner. After ten years in the media industy as a journalist and radio presenter at various radio stations, she is now a familiar voice on Tygerberg 104FM. She was nominated for the MTN Best Drive Time Presenter category in 2013 and won the 2014 MTN Bright Star Award. She and her husband Shawn, live in the Strand and invest their time in the Kingdom Light Church. Karien is a speaker and author and also blogs to a readership of over 3,000. This pastor's wife has a heart for community outreach work, animal welfare and sport.

Duane Vermeulen is a professional rugby player and Springbok
loose forward. Duane originally hails from Mpumalanga and played for
the Pumas (2005-2006). He started his professional career with the Cheetahs
(2007-2008) and has been playing for Western Province and the Stormers
since 2009. At present he captains the Stormers and has played his 100th
Super Rugby Game.
Duane made his appearance in the Green and Gold as part of the Emerging Springboks’ British and Irish Lions tour in 2009. He was also selected for the
Springbok training camp in 2010, but only made his spectacular Springbok
debut in 2012 against Australia in the Rugby Championship. It was the start
of Duane’s career as a remarkable Springbok rugby player.
